Roadmap

The roadmap now lives on GitHub, tracked as issues on the project board so work, discussion, and status stay in one place.

• Bugs: bug label

Issues carry a Status (Backlog → Todo → In Progress → In Review → Done) and a type label (bug, enhancement, refactor, ux, tech-debt, documentation).
